Ian Angus took over his family’s real estate business 17 years ago, bringing with him more than 16 years of prior business management experience. When reflecting on that transition, Ian often credits his father’s guidance: “My father had tremendous success and career satisfaction in real estate, so I simply did everything he told me to do, to the letter.”

The results spoke for themselves. In his first year, Ian ranked among the top 1% of Royal LePage agents in Atlantic Canada and the top 3% nationally. He is a member of Royal LePage’s prestigious Chairman’s Award Club (top 1% in Canada, 2019) and continues to rank in the top 2% nationally.

Since taking over the family business, Ian has grown it into something distinctly his own, modernizing operations while investing in the people and communities that have supported him along the way. Elizabeth offers the perfect mix of experience and education. Elizabeth graduated from Saint Mary’s University, obtaining a Bachelor of Commerce with a Certificate in Human Resources Management and Industrial Relations. Upon graduation she acquired a coveted position with CBRE Limited, the world’s largest and most respected commercial real estate services firm, acquiring valuable knowledge in marketing and real estate transactions.

Elizabeth now brings her knowledge and years of experience to the residential market, working with Ian Angus to ensure your purchase or property sale is as smooth and seamless as possible.
